Vaultrim Shipping Policy
Welcome to Vaultrim! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders and what you should expect after making a purchase with us.
Processing Time
• Preorder Purchases: Please allow 15-20 days & at the very least 40 days max for preorder items to be processed and shipped.
• Premade Orders: Ready-to-ship items may be shipped as soon as within 3 days of your purchase.
• Processing Times: After receiving your order, allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). This is separate from shipping time. Orders are checked to ensure successful, non-fraudulent payments prior to fulfillment.
Domestic Orders (USA)
• All USA orders are prioritized and will arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on the shipping method chosen.
International Orders
• International orders generally arrive within 2 weeks after shipping. However, please note that actual delivery times can vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping Disclaimer
• Import Taxes & Duties: We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by your country.
• Delivery Delays: Vaultrim is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Domestic and international holidays
• Bad weather
• Incorrect addresses
• Delays by the third-party shipping company (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once we ship your package, we are not responsible for the package once it’s with the carrier. Any delivery issues, including claims and package tracking, should be handled directly with the shipping carrier listed in your confirmation email or text.
• Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: To ensure timely delivery, please verify your address details, including street numbers, abbreviations, building names, and apartment numbers. Vaultrim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages due to incorrect addresses.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failure to accept delivery, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
